All-on-4 is a full arch tooth replacement system where a complete set of fixed teeth is supported by just four titanium implants. It is a permanent alternative to dentures and is often completed with fewer implants than traditional methods.
Yes. In most cases you'll have temporary fixed teeth fitted on the same day as implant placement. Your final permanent porcelain bridge is fitted after the healing period.
The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic or sedation, so you won't feel pain during treatment. Post-operative discomfort is mild and manageable with medication provided by our team.
From initial consultation to final restoration typically takes 4–6 months. This includes healing time for the implants to fully integrate with the jawbone before the permanent bridge is fitted.
Yes — 0% interest-free over up to 24 months, or extended terms up to 5 years for the lowest monthly payments. Given the investment involved, we work with you to find a plan that suits your budget. Subject to status.
During the consultation we assess each tooth individually. Any that are beyond saving are removed as part of the procedure. Healthy teeth may be retained or incorporated into the plan where possible.
